  设备特点:

  采用低电压、大电流、低电流密度的激磁方式,同时采用水内冷、双循环的冷却方式,使线圈工作温度低,从而提供稳定的磁场,设备作业率高达98%以上;

  优化磁系设计,磁介质最佳排列组合,背景场强可高达1.8T,能为矿物分选提供持续的高梯度磁场,矿石分选效率高;

  转环立式旋转、反向冲洗磁性物,粗颗粒矿石不必穿过磁介质堆便可冲洗出来,磁介质不易堵塞;

  采用矿浆脉动设计,矿物颗粒在流体力、脉动力、重力等综合力场下能充分松散分层,得到有效分选;

  矿石分选粒度宽,上限可达6mm、下限低至2~10μm;

  拥有17个系列70多种规格型号产品,单台设备金属矿处理量覆盖0.01~950 t/h;

  配备线圈管路清洗系统,便于线圈日常维护,线圈设计使用寿命可达20年以上;

  应用范围:

  赤铁矿、褐铁矿、菱铁矿、钛铁矿、铬铁矿、锰矿、黑钨矿、稀土矿、钽铌矿等弱磁性矿物的选矿;

  长石、石英砂、高岭土、霞石、萤石、硅线石、锂辉石、重晶石、红柱石、滑石、锆英石、膨润土、菱镁矿等非金属矿物的除铁提纯;

Production Description

  The high gradient magnetic separator is applied in mining process for weak magnetic minerals or deironing for non-metallic minerals.

  Capacity: 0.01~950t/h

  Rated magnetic background field: 0.4~1.8T

Scope of Application

  1.Mining process for weak magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, manganese ore, wolframite, rare earths mineral, tantalum-niobium ores and etc.;

  2. Deironing for non-metallic minerals, such as feldspar, quartz sand, kaolin, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, barite, andalusite, speckstone, zircon, bentonite, magnesite and etc.;

  3. Recycle of secondary resources, such as red mud, smelting slags, gas ash, fly ash, slag and etc..

Advantages

  1. High gradient magnetic field: the magnetic system with the optimized design and the background magnetic field could reach 1.8T to the maximum, which could improve the efficiency of separation;

  2. Steady state magnetic field: Energizing mode with low voltage, high current, low current density; both the two types of cooling way in coexistence, including the internal cooling in the center of the copper tubing and dual cycle external cooling;

  3. Non-clogging Matrix: vertical ring rotating, flushing concentrates in opposite direction, the coarse grain will wash off without blocking the matrix

  4. The wide range of particle size: the maximum is up to 6mm, the minimum is lower to 2~10μm.

  5. The pulsating mechanism design: loosen and layer the minerals grains, better for effective separation;
