  HS系列反击式破碎机广泛应用于中等硬度低磨蚀性岩石,能够在粗碎、中碎、超细碎和废物循环利用等应用中提供满意的服务;选择高合金锤头和衬板也可为某些工程承包商进行硬岩和高磨蚀性岩石的破碎加工。

  产品特点

  1.HS系列反击式破碎机采用重型化转子、大容量破碎腔,厚重反击板、耐磨锤头、液压开启装置等独特设计,确保其拥有破碎能力大,产品质量稳定、生产成本低和运行维护方便的特点。P系列最大进料粒度为600-1300mm,S系列最大进料粒度为700mm,S系列反击破可选装第三块反击板,以获得更好的细粒级产品。

  2.重型反击板设计,液压调节开口,能承受最大的破碎冲击力和保持产品稳定。

  3.重型化转子设计,板锤座厚重坚固,获得巨大的转动惯量和冲击破碎力,造就了更大的破碎比和提高了产品粒形,板锤锁紧装置简单可靠,易安装。

  4.“船形”板锤外形与磨损趋势一致,有利于板锤寿命提高和产品粒度稳定;板锤与转子为加工面接触,确保板锤的牢固,从而有效防止板锤断裂。

  5.磨耗件模块化设计,最大限度地减少磨耗件库存和提高磨耗件的使用率,易更换。标准衬板能覆盖80%的反击式破碎机。

HS series impact crusher is widely used in primary, secondary or tertiary crushing of medium hard and low abrasive rock. The chrome alloy hammers and liners could be used for crushing of hard and abrasive rocks.

Features

1.With heavy rotor, larger crushing chamber, thicker impact plate, anti-abrasive hammer and hydraulic cylinder & safety devices, HS  production cost and easier maintenance. The max. feeding size of P series is 600-1300mm. The max. feeding size of S series is 700mm.S series impact crusher has the optional 3rd impact plate for better fine end products.

2.Heavy impactor design, hydraulic CSS setup, bigger impact force, which can keep the end product stable in good shape.

3.Due to the design of heavy rotor and hammer seat, huge rotary inertia and impact crushing leads to larger reduction ratio and better shape of the end product. The hammer lock is simple and reliable with easy mounting.

4.Boat shape hammers are matched with the wearing profile that helps prolonging its life and assuring a stable discharge gradation. The rotor connection faces with hammers are machined to avoid crack.

5.Modular design of wearing parts reduces the stock of wearing parts and increases the usage rate of wearing parts, easier for replacement. The standard wearing plate can cover 80% of the crusher.

6.Various mechanical safety devices is designed for the safety of operators, the hydraulic system is easier for the CSS setup and maintenance, so as to increase the efficiency.

7.The high quality welding technology is used to eliminate the stress of housing, rotor and impact plate to bear the most crushing impact and achieve higher crushing effect. The special tools are supplied with the crusher for maintenance and replacement of hammers.
