CJZJ intelligent management filter press is a new type of highly intelligent filtration equipment with three-stage dewatering processes: feeding, diaphragmless pressing and dry-blowing. 1. The feed filtration is based on the delivery pressure of the slurry pump, so that the slag entering the filter chamber is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; the water is filtered through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation;
2. Press filtration is to press on the side of the porous filter cake formed by the feed filtration, shrinking the voids and eliminating the water in the voids;
3. Dry-blowing filtration uses high-speed compressed air to pass through the cake and remove intermittent water, further reducing the moisture content of the cake.
Regardless of how much pressure is used to press the filter cake, the gap between the material particles cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the dry-blowing filtration, using high-pressure air to pass through the cake and remove moisture from the particles gap, is the important means to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. However, effective prevention of short-circuit of compressed air during drying is the key to effective drying. Dry-blowing filtration is the unique design of the CJAH Series high-efficiency filter press. Other filters press cannot achieve filter cake to be blown dry effectively without dry-blowing filtration technology.

1. A Copper Ore Plant in Zoffy, Vietnam

The Plant finally adopted the CJ series filter press to filter copper concentrate after detailed investigation on other equipment like vertical filter press, after which the water content was <10% and the filtration efficiency was up to 153kg/㎡?h.
2. A Copper-molybdenum Ore Plant in Inner Mongolia

Material concentration: 50%
Moisture content: ＜12%

Capacity of single set: 600t/d
The Plant adopted two kinds of equipment to process copper concentrate in the beginning: ceramic filter and tank-type pressure filter. The water content of ceramic filter was >15% which cannot meet production needs. The water content of tank-type pressure filter was 13%, accompanied with pretty high fault rate and maintenance costs, less than 40% operating rate.Then the CJ series filter press was adopted through technical improvement, after which the water content of filter cakes was changed to <12%.
