 CJWZ Intelligent Washing Filter Press

CJWZ智能洗涤压滤机是具有给料过滤、无隔膜压榨过滤、无短路洗涤、高效吹干过滤的高效脱水及洗涤流程的新型智能过滤设备,可实现自动调节压榨时间,无需人工参与,并且定期记录产能等功能。该设备在达到更优滤饼含水率及洗涤指标的条件下,取代现有常规的两段或多段联合洗涤脱水工艺,实现选矿、冶炼、黄金浸出、锂盐等行业洗涤、过滤无短路一体化。从而大幅缩短工艺流程,减少设备配置,节约厂房及操作工人,减少有害物质的二次污染,提升有价资源的回收率,降低投资及运行成本,提升企业的经济及社会效益。

CJWZ intelligent washing filter press is a new type of filtration equipment, which can automatically adjust the pressing time without labor and regularly record   function parameters such as capacity, with high efficiency dewatering and washing process: feeding, diaphragmless pressing, no short-circuit washing, high efficiency blow drying.The equipment replaces the conventional two-stage or multi-stage process combined washing and dewatering under the condition of achieving better filter cake moisture content and washing index, and realizes no short circuit washing and filtering in mineral processing, smelting, leaching gold, lithium salt and other industries, which greatly shortens the process, saves space and labor, reduces the auxiliary equipment configuration, the probability of secondary pollution, investment and operating costs, improves the recovery rate of valuable resources, and enhances the economic and social benefits of enterprises.

工作原理

CJWZ智能洗涤压滤机采用无中心孔独特设计,直接杜绝中心孔洗涤不到,或者洗涤工序复杂等问题,实现滤饼洗涤率远高于同类产品,且洗涤滤饼均匀。(箱式和箱式隔膜压滤机采用中心孔进料方式,洗涤和空气吹干均存在短路现象,无法有效洗涤和吹干也是其他压滤机洗涤水耗量大,且洗涤不均匀的原因)。

1、给料过滤即依靠渣浆泵的输送压力,使进入滤室的矿渣被滤布截留,形成滤饼;水透过滤布排除,实现固液分离;

2、压榨过滤是在给料过滤形成的疏松滤饼一侧施加压力,收缩其空隙,排除空隙中的水;

3、无短路洗涤是采用长杰独特的在线洗涤方式,通过洗涤泵将洗涤液均匀穿透滤饼,实现滤饼各点洗涤效果相同,减少耗水量、提高洗涤率;

4、吹干过滤是采用介质高速穿过滤饼间歇,带走间歇水,进一步降低滤饼含水率。无论采用多大的压滤压榨滤饼,滤饼的间隙也不能完全消除,因此,增加吹干过滤,用高压空气透过滤饼间隙并带走滤饼间隙中的水分,是降低滤饼含水率的重要手段。然而有效的防止吹干时压缩空气短路,却是能否实现有效吹干的关键。

Filter Principle

1. The feed filtration is based on the delivery pressure of the slurry pump, so that the slag entering the filter chamber is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; the water is filtered through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation;

2. Press filtration is to press on the side of the porous filter cake formed by the feed filtration, shrinking the voids and eliminating the water in the voids;

3. No short-circuit washing is based on Changjie's unique online (while washing without unloading filter cake) washing method, washing liquid evenly penetrates the filter cake by the washing pump to reach the same washing effect at each point of filter cake, reducing the water consumption and increasing the washing rate;

4. Dry-blowing filtration uses high-speed compressed air to pass through the cake and remove intermittent water, further reducing the moisture content of the cake. Regardless of how much pressure is used to press the filter cake, the gap between the material particles cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the dry-blowing filtration, using high-pressure air to pass through the cake and remove moisture from the particles gap, is the important means to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. However, effective prevention of short-circuit of compressed air during drying is the key to effective drying.

Equipment Composition

Equipment Functions

It has the management assistant functions, including recording the handling capacity of every time, shift, week and month, monitoring the feeding temperature, current, voltage, motor speed and air pressure, shutting down or generating alarm signals automatically when abnormalities are found, recording the type and details of faults, recording the audio and video data of working interface in recent 30 days, and remote service;

6. Achieves the automatic classification, transportation and storage of washing water in the primary, middle and final segments and automatically realizes the counter-current washing;

7. It's capable of automatic regeneration of filter cloth.

1、锂盐洗涤过滤

长杰洗涤过滤一体机助力锂盐的过滤、洗涤一机完成,实现滤饼含水率<15%,渣锂含量比其原采用的过滤-搅拌洗涤-过滤的流程还要低一个数量级,且耗水更少。原工艺中还增加一段滤饼烘干工艺,采用长杰洗涤过滤一体机后,烘干工艺取消,缩短工艺流程,减少设备投入,极大降低生产成本。

2、黄金洗涤过滤工艺

针对黄金尾矿及浸出渣中氰化物含量高的情况,长杰洗涤压滤机凭借逆流洗涤工艺,在不使用催化剂的情况下,金矿除氰率高达99.5%以上,确保滤饼氰化物含量降低到0.5mg/l以下,有效规避了二次污染,直接达到国家黄金尾矿一类环保排放标准,且大幅提升了滤液中黄金的回收率。

3、湿法冶金洗涤过滤

通过无短路高效洗涤,大幅降低滤渣中有价成份的含量,将多段过滤——洗涤——再过滤——洗涤,缩短为一机完成,在提高有价成份收率的同时,缩短了整个作业流程,为业主大幅降低基建、采购、管理、运行等成本提供了有力的支撑。

Application Field

Changjie washing filter press integrates washing and filtering on one machine. While ensuring low water content of filter cakes and high productivity, it realizes effective washing of filter cakes, with the washing rate of as high as 99.5%. It also greatly saves washing water, improves the recovery rate of valuable resources in filtrate, reduces the amount of wastewater to be treated, and provides strong supports for shortening production process, reducing cost and increasing efficiency in lithium salt, gold, hydrometallurgy and chemical industries.

1. Lithium salt washing and filtration

 Changjie washing filter press realizes the integration of washing and filtering of lithium salt and makes the water content in filter cakes less than 15%. With this kind of filter press adopted, the lithium slag content is one order of magnitude lower than that of the original filtering-agitator treating-filtering process, and water is less consumed. The filter cake drying process which was added in the original process is cancelled after using Changjie washing and filtering machine, the process flow is shortened, the equipment investments are reduced, and the production costs are greatly reduced.

2. Gold washing and filtration

In view of the high cyanide content in gold tailings and leaching residues, Changjie washing filter press adopts the counter-current scrubbing process, with which the cyanide removal rate of gold ore reaches 99.5% without using catalyst, ensuring that the cyanide content of filter cakes is reduced to less than 0.5 mg/l, which effectively avoids the secondary pollution, directly meets the class-I national environmental protection discharge standard of gold tailings, and greatly improves the recovery rate of gold in filtrate.

3. Hydrometallurgy washing and filtration

Through the high-efficiency washing without short circuit, the content of valuable compositions in filter residue is greatly reduced, and the multi-stage filtering and washing-re-filtering-rewashing is shortened and completed one machine. While increasing the yield of valuable compositions, the whole operation process is shortened, which provides strong support for owners to reduce the costs of infrastructure, procurement, management and operation.

The plant originally used chamber filter presses with the water content of over 20% and the total leaching cyanogen content up to 100mg/l. After CJW series washing filter press was adopted, the water content reaches is 15% after being washed by 0.5 times water, the total leaching cyanogen content is 5mg/l which reaches general solid waste standard.

The Plant formerly adopted the chamber filter press to process cyanidation tailings, with filter cake water content of >18% and the total leaching cyanogen content in filter cakes was high.Then the CJW series washing filter press was adopted. The cyanidation slag was filtered again after being washed by water of 0.7 times, after that the water content in high-sulfur and low-sulfur filter cakes was respectively 9% and 17%, and the total leaching cyanogen content in filter cakes was <50%, thus the hazardous waste was changed to solid waste in one step.

The plant formerly adopted the chamber filter press to filter the leaching gold tailings, with water content in filter cakes of 25% and without washing function; then the CJW series washing filter press was used, after which the water content was 15% with the on-line washing function provided, the gold recovery rate was 85%, the decyanation rate after washing was up to 99.9%, the total cyanogen content in tailings was reduced to <5mg/l from 5000mg/l, which met the discharge standard of general solid wastes.
